What are the Benefits?
- High-precision Z-axis module: The UltraCraft Reflex RS uses a high-quality C5-class Z-axis module, which ensures that the print layers are positioned very precisely on top of each other. The repeatability is so high that deviations in layer positioning are a maximum of 2 µm. This means that the layers are arranged extremely precisely, which leads to better and more beautiful print results.
- Precision display: To improve printing accuracy and reliability, the UltraCraft Reflex RS screen is divided into 60 individual areas. Each of these areas is carefully adjusted automatically using a special calibration tool using NFC data. This ensures that the light is evenly distributed and there are no unwanted deviations. Even if the display is replaced, the light distribution can be even and the printing accuracy can be maintained.
- Adaptive Z-axis compensation: Adaptive Z-axis compensation allows the resin printer to adjust the Z-axis individually for each resin type. Up to 180 different combinations of different angles, hole sizes and edge types are supported to optimise print quality.
- Designed for high-speed: Thanks to its robust components, the UltraCraft Reflex RS achieves incredible results even at top speeds: i) C5 Z-axis module. ii) Particularly robust printer frame. iii) Special screen cooler system. On average, the printing speed is 4.5 seconds per layer.
- Dynamic Motion Algorithm 3.0: Single-Layer Dynamic Motion Control The RS printer uses a motion control that divides each layer into seven segments. Data from sensors is read in real time 80 times per second. This allows the system to efficiently adjust motion parameters, prevent unnecessary delays and print errors. Comprehensive Dynamic Motion Control The algorithm evaluates the printing requirements of each layer by considering factors such as cross-sections, distances between components and their number. Based on this, it selects from 18 optimised motion parameters to ensure printing quality while increasing speed.
