Raise3D Hyper Core PPA GF25 White Filament (1.75mm) 1KG

Raise3D Hyper Core PPA GF25 White Filament a new-generation of professional and industrial fibre-reinforced composite filaments for Hyper FFF®. Fibre-reinforced composite filaments are well known material for end-use parts production and heavy-duty applications with superior strength, stiff and heat resistance.
However, high-speed printing using fibre-reinforced filament brings many challenges, such as lower flowability and poorer interlayer bonding quality, and quicker wearing out of the nozzle.
To overcome these challenges, Raise3D has developed a new extrusion technology to form a cross-section of the filament with a fibre-rich inner core and a polymer-coated outer skin for the Hyper Core family. During high-speed FFF printing, the thick polymer skin of Hyper Core PPA GF25 filament improves polymer healing and welding process across the interface of adjacent layers and lines. The Hyper Core PPA GF25 is optimised for a fast melt rate in the hot end as well as a good balance of print efficiency, quality, performance and cost.
Thanks to the special coated skin and fibre (25wt.%) distribution structure, Hyper Core PPA GF25 exhibits a high stiffness (6.6 GPa), strength (98 MPa), heat resistance (189 ℃) as well as outstanding printing quality. Hyper Core PPA GF25 is an ideal choice for diverse industrial applications where high performance, stability and cost-efficiency are required.
