This not only boosts the rigidity of the filament, but it also produces parts with a beautiful carbon black surface finish. The carbon fibres help reduce shrinkage during printing, producing extremely dimensionally accurate 3D printed parts with a unique surface finish. Please make sure your 3D printer is equipped with a hardened nozzle before using this filament.

How much carbon fibre does PolyLite PLA-CF contain?
PolyLite PLA-CF contains 8% carbon fibre by weight.
Will the spools work in an AMS?
Yes! We have redesigned the edges of our spools so all Polymaker products will now spin great in the AMS.
That said – you will need to be careful when using any abrasive materials in the AMS.
