PolyFlex TPU95-HF Black Filament (1.75mm)
PolyFlex TPU95-HF is a high-flow TPU designed for high-performance 3D printing. With a melt index of 9.3 (g/10 min at 185°C), it operates within the PLA printing range, allowing for up to twice the printing speed compared to other flexible filaments. Unlike traditional TPUs, TPU95-HF maintains low viscosity at lower temperatures, eliminating the need for high heat.
Additionally, PolyFlex TPU95-HF resists brittleness and discolouration caused by UV light and weather conditions, ensuring durable, long-lasting results.
Key Features
- Flexible with Shore 95 A
- Density: 1.16g/cm³

What does the HF stand for?
HF stands for High Flow. This TPU is designed to print fast on direct, geared extrudes and can print even with a Bowden setup.
Can my printer print PolyFlex TPU95-HF?
PolyFlex TPU95-HF can be printed on an indirect drive printer however we highly recommend to use a direct drive printer to print this filament at its high speed settings. A direct drive printer is a printer with the extruder mounted on top of the hot end.
What makes PolyFlex TPU95-HF unique?
What does the number stand for?
The number next to “TPU” refers to the shore hardness. A higher number means a harder material. TPU90 is our softest, followed by TPU95 and then TPU95-HF (which is closer to a shore hardness of 98A than 95A).
In 3D printing the shore hardness is only an indication on how flexible the printed part will be. However it is important to also take in consideration the infill percentage, number of walls, top/bottom layers and the layer height.
